Peter Damesimo

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Covenant Panelworks, Peter Damesimo brings over 20 years of deep-rooted industry experience to the leadership team. Pete’s career began as an engineering co-op with c3controls, evolving through a diverse range of critical roles—including Design Engineer, Manager of Engineering and Quality, and Director of Manufacturing Operations. This journey has given him an intimate understanding of every product lifecycle stage, from initial design to final delivery.

Pete holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. This dual expertise in engineering and business strategy allows him to drive operational excellence while relentlessly focusing on CPW’s core values.

Pete leads our manufacturing operations, dedicated to implementing process improvements and ensuring that every panel leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. Based in Beaver, PA, Pete is an avid runner and skier who enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and four children.
