Joe Bachani serves as the Operations & Engineering Manager at Covenant Panelworks, where he leads the integration of engineering excellence with efficient, scalable production. With over 20 years of experience, Joe has built a distinguished career as a manufacturing controls engineer and engineering manager across some of the industry’s top panel shops and organizations.

Known for his technical depth and practical leadership, Joe plays a critical role in optimizing workflows, improving system design, and ensuring projects execute with precision from concept through completion. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of industrial controls enable him to bridge the gap between engineering and operations, driving both performance and quality.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys woodworking and staying active with pickleball. He’s also an avid problem-solver who can complete a Rubik’s Cube in about a minute—a reflection of the focus and efficiency he brings to his role every day.
