Geoff Taylor
President and CEO
Geoff Taylor brings over three decades of executive leadership and engineering expertise to Covenant Panelworks. Since beginning his career in 1992 and serving as CEO of c3controls since 2014, Geoff has dedicated himself to the success of the people he works with, the organizations he is involved with, and the communities he serves. Culture and Core Values drive his every day work as he strives to make it ridiculously easy for customers to work with CPW.
Geoff is a 1988 graduate of Beaver Area High School. He earned a BA in Finance from the Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Penn State University. He’s also a graduate of the Harvard Business School.
Geoff has served as a Trustee on the Community College of Beaver County Foundation Board and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra Board. He has served as Trustee with the Beaver County Educational Trust and as a member of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Learning Solutions. He has been an Advisory Board member of Butler Technologies Inc. Geoff has coached youth soccer and ice hockey. Geoff, and his wife Katie, believe education provides hope and founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization named c3compassion. c3compassion actively provides educational opportunities to disadvantaged children throughout the world (El Salvador, USA, Kenya, and developing in India).
When he isn’t working, Geoff can usually be found with his wife and their four daughters. As a family, they enjoy boating, sailing, snow skiing, tennis, traveling and just sharing time with each other.
