Shannon King serves as the General Manager of Commercial Operations at Covenant Panelworks, where she orchestrates the critical alignment between business development, process implementation, and customer experience. With over 15 years of professional experience, Shannon has spent more than 13 years within some of the industry’s largest panel shops. Her impressive career across marketing, sales, and business development has provided her with a comprehensive, “ground-up” understanding of the custom manufacturing lifecycle.

An expert in contract manufacturing and ISO 9001 standards, Shannon is a driving force behind the operational systems that ensure Covenant’s scalability and precision. Her deep knowledge of B2B and B2C sales, coupled with her proficiency in CRM and strategic marketing, allows her to translate complex client needs into streamlined internal processes. 

Outside of her professional role, Shannon is a devoted mother and an active member of her local community. She finds balance through creative projects, spending time with her family, and exploring the outdoors. Her diverse skill set and decade-plus of industry-specific tenure make her an invaluable leader in maintaining Covenant Panelworks’ high standards and values-driven culture.
